This is certainly not what the Washington DC Metro would want to have out there, but it’s yet another example of the availability of video cameras on cell phones and YouTube capturing public employees behaving badly. The video shows a Metro train operator text messaging during operation, a clear violation of policy and incredibly eerie considering the fatal crash that occurred on the Metro last month.
